PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp for a water pillow which is safely used without any feeling of discomfort to a user, and easily attached/detached to/from the water pillow. SOLUTION: Upper and lower clamping pieces 1 and 2 and a locking piece 3 of a clamp are formed of synthetic resin, no feeling of discomfort is given to a user when the clamp is fitted to a water pillow B. In addition, the clamp can easily be attached/detached to/from the water pillow B with a small force by the elastic engagement of a face 6 to be engaged of the upper clamping piece 1 with an engagement projecting part 7 of the locking piece 3. Since a water pouring/discharging port B1 is curved in a substantially U-shaped section between a recessed groove 8 of the lower clamping piece 2 and a projecting bar 9 of the upper clamping piece 1, and the outer side thereof is clamped in a watertight manner by a lower projecting bar 11 and a receiving edge 13, the water pouring/discharging port B1 can be reliably clamped by a small force.
