PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a vehicle body that can secure required rigidity in a light and inexpensive structure and improve endurance strength and vibration proof performance. SOLUTION: In a floor structure of the vehicle body, a floor panel 1 is arranged on side frames on both right and left sides, a cross member 5 forming a first closed cross section 10 between it and the floor panel 1 is suspended between the side frames, and the cross member 5 is provided with a mount bracket 12 for supporting a part of a power train member arranged under the floor panel. The floor panel 1 is divided into front and rear floor panels 2 and 3 on the cross member 5, the front floor panel 2 and the rear floor panel 3 are joined to constitute a second closed cross section 11, a multiplex closed cross section is formed, and at least a part of the second closed cross section 11 is inserted into the cross member 5.
