PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of vehicle body roll motion by performing a suitable stabilizer control as the whole of the vehicle even when one stabilizer control means is failed. SOLUTION: Stabilizer actuators FT and RT are arranged between a pair of stabilizer bars on the front wheel side and between a pair of stabilizer bars on the rear wheel side respectively. When any one of the actuators is failed, comparison with a control target value when both are normally operated is performed and the control target value of the stabilizer actuator at the normal side is set to a high degree. Stabilizer control is suitably performed as the whole of the vehicle based on first roll suppressing control at the normal time (M14) and based on second roll suppressing control at the failure (M15).
