PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fluid from being split within a flowing space of the fluid between a supporting cylinder and a filtering cylinder inserted into the supporting cylinder. SOLUTION: Protrusions 15 (a spacer) formed on the outer peripheral surface of a supporting cylinder 5 with a specified spacing is interposed in a flowing space 16 between the cylinder 5 and the filtering cylinder 8 inserted in the cylinder 5.
