One of ends (14a) of each shank part is bent in a form of a lug in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the device for attaching the device to a goods transport container. The ends are provided with a locking device and a cross beam (16) is placed parallel to the base part, where the device is made up of a steel wire or plastic. An independent claim is also included for a shopping trolley comprising a holding device.
