<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device of such a constitution that power consumption can be cut by properly setting time for collectively processing accumulated image data as against an imaging device constituted in such a way that the power consumption is cut by setting the device in a standby state by night. <P>SOLUTION: In this imaging device, the image data received during a standby mode by night are stored in a hard disc 503a and the standby mode is removed by a user, or the reading of the stored image data stored is inhibited until the removal time of a night mode. Next, the printing of the stored image data is executed in accordance with a printing demand operation by the user after the removal of the night mode. In addition, when the printing completion time for the stored image data is set, an imaging action is started by removing the inhibition of executing the imaging action in the night mode, on condition that the time for starting the imaging action is time in the standby mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
