<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network business for enabling all the members to receive dividends since a conventional network business as an institute where the least significant members mainly consist of a large number of members with a small amount of dividends or without any dividend, and the high rank members are able to receive much more dividends threatens to be misunderstood by a community as pyramid selling. <P>SOLUTION: A cooperation performs advertising propaganda by using IT or the like, and registration and a contract is limited with a dividend sum for all the members on such conditions that all the members perform word-of-mouth communication in order to eliminate the compulsory business of the members, and the order of registration is automated by the cooperation so that the most significant members can be successively made to quit after gaining a fixed sum of profits determined by the cooperation, and that the low rank can be automatically advanced. Then, the original members are newly registered in the same way as new members, and automatically assigned to the least significant rank by the cooperation so that the rotary fluidity of the institute can be attained.
