<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent wrong use of a material to be used, even if someone performs a work in a production line for supplying the material, using manpower. <P>SOLUTION: In this production line management system for supplying the material to which bar codes corresponding to the kind are attached to a hopper 22, a controller 20 receives read information of the bar codes attached to the material which is to be supplied to the hopper 22 by a bar code reader 23, compares the read information with brand information, decides whether the material is the right one to be supplied to the hopper 22; when it is decided as being the right material, it displays that the material can be introduced by a display lamp 23A of the bar code reader 23, opens a shutter 22A, enables the material to be charged to the hopper 22; and when it is decided that it is not the right material, that the material cannot be introduced by the display lamp 23A is displayed and a closed state of the shutter 22A is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
