摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing device which can change dynamically a region subjected to an image processing for a privacy protection in real time in the region to be photographed. SOLUTION: A stealth vision system 1000 includes a computer 100 for detecting the position of a subject 6 in a three-dimensional space for photographing to generate protective region information showing a three-dimensional protective region including at least a part of the subject 6 to become an object of blurring processing, a moving camera 20 for photographing the image of the subject 6, and a privacy protective mobile image generator 300 for generating protective image data subjected to blurring processing to the partial region of the image corresponding to the protective region information.
