PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the execution accuracy of a reinforced earth construction method by using continuous fibers, by measuring a correct weight of yarn due to grasping the supplied length of the supplied yarn, and positively controlling supply of the yarn at a constant weight ratio with respect to the weight of sand, based on a result of the measurement. SOLUTION: The reinforced earth method by using continuous fibers is carried out by supplying the yarn formed of continuous fibers from a bobbin housed in a yarn supply device 1, ejecting the supplied yarn 2 from an ejection nozzle 6 of an ejector 7 by using high-pressure water or compressed air, conveying earth to an ejection destination of the fibers through the interior of a feed pipe, and directly ejecting the earth together with the yarn or mixing the earth with the yarn. According to the method, a yarn measuring means by means of an encoder which is attached to a measuring wheel rotating by movement of the yarn, is provided for the yarn supply device 1, and the yarn supply amount is detected based on the rotation of the encoder.
