PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixer capable of mixing in a short time while a continuous liquid is made to flow and its method. SOLUTION: The liquid mixer 1 and its method for mixing different liquids which keep the interface in reciprocal contact and flow through a flow path by a sound wave. The liquid mixer 1 includes a propagation member 2 which propagates the sound wave and also has the flow path 2d of the liquid, and a comb electrode 5 which is provided on the propagation member, generates the sound wave and radiates the generated sound wave toward the liquid, wherein the comb electrode 5 keeps a sound axis of the sound wave displaced from the center of the flow path.
