<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily use priority control of a communication terminal requiring the knowledge of LAN such as connection port, virtual LAN tag, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The network repeating device comprises a transmission source MAC address table 202 for previously registering the MAC address of a communication terminal desired to transmit data preferentially, and a priority determination section 201 performing priority control of each communication terminal automatically using the transmission source MAC address table 202 as a decision criterion by the MAC address of a transmission source communication terminal of data being relayed.
