PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronized rotating electric machine that can reduce the high-frequency electromagnetic vibration force of a stator that leads to high-frequency noise. SOLUTION: The synchronous rotating electric machine comprises the stator 30, having coil-wound teeth (1) to (48), and a rotor 50 having permanent magnets 51 to 58, and the rotor 50, is rotated by the interaction between magnetic fields of the permanent magnets 51 to 58 and a magnetic field generated by a multi-phase coil. When two of the permanent magnets 51 to 58 are set into pairs, the permanent magnets are displaced from each other between the permanent magnets, in at least the one pair by a angle that reduces the electromagnetic vibration force acting on the teeth, with respect to a circumferential equal pitched arrangement.
