摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the influence of a magnetic field for controlling magnetic quantum bits to be reduced without complicating a structure such that a new control line or the like is provided. SOLUTION: Loops of magnetic flux transfer devices 101 comprising superconductors are joined to each other at a Josephson junction field effect transistor (JOFET) 102 which uses a carbon nanotube 110 as an antenna to turn on/off a supercurrent flowing to the magnetic flux transfer device 101. The application of a voltage to the gate electrode 103a of the JOFET 102 changes the density of the carrier (Cooper pair) of the supercurrent in the carbon nanotube 110 to control the supercurrent flowing in the carbon nanotube 110.
