PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenated diene-based copolymer excellent in compatibility with polyolefin, and capable of producing moldings excellent in processability, flexibility, weather resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, vibration-damping property, transparency, strength, scratch resistance, and properties at low temperatures. SOLUTION: The hydrogenated diene-based copolymer comprises a block copolymer containing at least two polymer block [(A) block] composed mainly of conjugated diene and having <20% vinyl bond content, at least one polymer block [(B) block] of conjugated diene compound and having 20-90% vinyl bond content, and at least one copolymer block [(C) block] of vinyl aromatic compound and conjugated diene compound and having 20-85% vinyl bond content, wherein the hydrogenated diene-based copolymer, whose≥80% double bonds derived from whole conjugated diene are hydrogenated, satisfies predetermined conditions.
