PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat with a webbing height-adjustable on both front and rear sides of a backrest portion. SOLUTION: For the height adjustment of the webbing 25, operation members 50, 50 are moved in the approaching direction with fingers. Both lock members 47, 47 are also moved in the approaching direction with the movement of the operation members 50, 50, and their front ends each come off a locking hole 71. A sliding block 40 is moved in the vertical direction in the state of the operation members 50, 50 being kept as they are, and the fingers are removed from the operation member 50 in view of the display of a vertical groove 59 from a window hole 36 or at a desired height where a mark 61 corresponds to the display 77. Then, the operation members 50, 50 are pushed by a coil spring 56 and moved forward until they abut on partition walls 42, 42, and the lock members 47, 47 are also moved and their front ends are each inserted into the locking hole 71.
