<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of fitting screws used for fitting wall panels. <P>SOLUTION: Either of first fixing frame or third fixing frames Fa, Fb, Fc are fitted to the peripheral edge part of a ceiling plate 6 which constitutes a ceiling wall panel P. The respective first fixing frames Fa fitted to the two side parts of the ceiling wall panel P fixed to a cradling 5 are made to be the adjacent scheduled side parts to allow the adjacent ceiling wall panels P to slidingly insert therethrough. A supported plate part 23 and an engaging piece part 24, which are provided to the second fixing frames Fb of the adjacent ceiling wall panels P, are slidingly inserted into the support space part V provided to the respective first fixing frames Fa, to be mounted on and supported with the support plate part 11 of the first fixing frames Fa.
