PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a desired scene broadcast by TV broadcasting and carry out reservation of printing. SOLUTION: The system includes: a display means 48 for showing a list 44 of scenes, as printing objects, broadcast by TV broadcast; a selective means 52 for selecting a preservation scene 50 from the list 44; a printing preservation means 42 for storing information (reservation information 40), as a demand of printing the preservation scene 50 selected by the selective means 52, in a control memory device 26; a frame (22) detecting means for detecting a specific frame 22 included in a video signal 20 based on the reservation information 40; a printing buffer memory 30 for taking image data 24 of preservation scene 50 from the specific frame 22, which was detected by the frame (22) detecting means, and storing it temporally; and a printing means 34 for receiving the transferred image data 24 stored in the printing buffer memory 30 with prescribed timing and carrying out printing.
