PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a matching operation for matching a slave machine with a master machine after customer ID is set in the slave machine is complicated and that data of a different customer is collected when there is a setting error of customer ID in a radio data collecting system which is composed of the master machine and the slave machine and which performs radio communication. SOLUTION: Even when a customer ID storage means B23 of the slave machine 21 has an initial value, matching is performed by a slave machine matching control means A28 realizing matching with the master machine 1 and the master machine matching control means A8, and a master machine down loading means 12 and a slave machine down loading means A32 set prescribed customer ID in the customer ID storage means after matching.
