<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method capable of easily and precisely detecting a bond between a vitamin D 3 derivative and a vitamin D 3 receptor, and a method for screening a compound to be bonded with the vitamin D3 receptor using this method. <P>SOLUTION: It is found out that, in a method of measuring the binding activity by surface plasmon resonance, the binding properties of the vitamin D 3 derivative to the vitamin D 3 receptor can be appropriately sustained by immobilizing the vitamin D 3 derivative on a sensor chip via a linker. The bond between the vitamin D 3 derivative and the vitamin D 3 receptor can be detected by immobilizing the vitamin D 3 derivative on a support via a linker and measuring a change in volume caused by the formation of a complex of the thus immobilized vitamin D 3 derivative with the vitamin D 3 receptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
