<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerobic treatment method and apparatus by which the cellulose degradation power in a treatment object containing a cellulosic organic material can be enhanced and maintained easily and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The anaerobic treatment method for the biodegradation of a treatment object containing a cellulosic organic material by cellulose degradative bacteria and includes the step of collecting at least a part of the treatment object to be subjected to an anaerobic treatment such as one based on methane fermentation, the step of giving, to the collected part, a cultivation environment wherein the number of the cellulose degradative bacteria increases, and the step of introducing at least a part of the cultivation-treated object into the treatment object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
