摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-clad laminated sheet which is suitable for a semi-additive process, is extremely thin and has a high adhesive strength, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the metal-clad laminated sheet for the semi-additive can be obtained by bonding an adhesive film provided with an adhesive layer comprising a thermoplastic polyimide on at least one face and an extremely thin metal foil by a heat roll laminating apparatus with at least a pair of metal rolls. The method for manufacturing the metal-clad laminated sheet for the semi-additive comprises at least a step for heat-laminating a metal foil with a release layer and an adhesive film between at least a pair of metal rolls through a protective film so as to bring the metal foil into contact with the adhesive layer of the adhesive film, a step for releasing the protective film from the laminated sheet obtained by heat lamination, and a step for releasing the releasing layer from the metal foil.
