PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air resistance reduction structure of a load, a load, and a loading method of a load that can reduce air resistance with an object easy to handle and simple in structure. SOLUTION: The load 1 is loaded in a vacant area before or behind containers C loaded on a freight train T to reduce air resistance acting on the containers C. An air resistance reduction part 2 is formed in a streamline shape outlined by smooth curves so as to reduce airflow separation and reduce air resistance. A frame part 3 is formed substantially in the same height, length and width as the containers C so as to be loaded beside the containers C on the freight train T and be stacked together with the containers C and other loads 1 at a freight station.
