PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting apparatus which can surely discharge bubbles in a liquid feeding part even when a posture in the use of the liquid jetting apparatus is changed, and to provide a rectifier device of a liquid jetting apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting apparatus 10 for jetting a liquid is equipped with the liquid feeding part 300 which has a filter 400 for removing foreign matter installed in the middle of a passage, and the rectifier device 200 set at the liquid feeding part for rectifying the liquid which passes the interior of the liquid feeding part. The rectifier device 200 has a rectifying structure 500 equipped with a resistance member 570 for increasing a flow velocity of the bubbles H in the liquid by applying a resistance to a flow of the liquid, and a frame 600 for holding the rectifying structure 500 and making the rectifying structure 500 generate the flow resistance when the liquid passes. The frame 600 turns the resistance member 570 to a gravitational downward direction F by rotating within the liquid feeding part in accordance with the posture of the liquid jetting apparatus 10.
