PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which is small and consumes electric power to a lesser extent by ceasing the use of a DA converter of a large circuit area and large electric power consumption. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is constituted by forming at least a liquid crystal display electrode, a processing circuit for driving the liquid crystal display electrode and a plurality of shift registers for storing image data at a liquid crystal display pixel.
