<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph diagnostic imaging apparatus and a data processing method of the radiograph diagnostic imaging apparatus reducing a CT value shift and shading of an X-ray CT image by clipping even if an X-ray detection value is an extremely low dosage region. <P>SOLUTION: This radiograph diagnostic imaging apparatus 1 is provided with a radiation generating means 2 generating radiation, a radiation detecting means 3 detecting the radiation from the radiation generating means 2, a clipping means 8 performing the clipping to the radiation detection value of the radiation detecting means 3, an output correcting means 9 performing an average value retaining correction to the radiation detection value after the clipping so that a deviation of a local average of the radiation detection value before/after the clipping is on a declining trend, and a logarithmically converting means 11 generating the projection data by performing a processing with logarithmic conversion to the the radiation detection value after the average value retaining correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
