<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing for a turbo charger having such structure that oil is difficult to penetrate into a bearing, and that generation of heat is restricted even in high speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing 10 for a turbo charger is provided with an outer ring 11 that is engaged in a casing, an inner ring 12 fitted to a rotary shaft, a plurality of rolling elements 13 disposed to be capable of rolling between an outer ring race surface 16 in the outer ring 11 and an inner ring race surface 17 in the inner ring 12, and a retainer 14 having a plurality of circumferential pockets 15 to retain the rolling elements 13 to be capable of rolling.
