PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact block structure of an electromagnetic relay in which a down-sizing is possible and the number of parts and assembling manhours can be reduced. SOLUTION: In this contact block structure of the electromagnetic relay, an assisting side guide 12 has hole parts 20 and contact piece mounting parts 17 having notch parts 21 passing through from the peripheral face part of the hole parts 20 to the both side face parts of the assisting side guide 12, and as for contact pieces 24, the center part of contact piece main bodies 24A consisting of a spring material of a strip shape is made as fitting parts 25, and assisting side movable contacts 28 are firmly fixed to the tip part of spring piece parts 26 on both sides of the fitting parts 25, and the contact pieces 24 are mounted on the contact piece mounting parts 17 because the fitting parts 25 are fitted to the hole part 20 and the base parts of the spring piece parts 26 are inserted into the notch parts 21, and the assisting side movable contacts 28 approach closer to assisting side fixed contacts 37 side by making to have an angle to the spring piece parts 26.
