PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calm radiator for high-heating semiconductor element. SOLUTION: This radiator comprises a narrow tunnel plate heat pipe. The heat pipe is formed of porous flat pipes with a number of through pores, which are made of a light metal and arranged within the pipe in parallel in the longitudinal direction, and the through-pores are reciprocated a number of times between a heat receiving part and a heat radiating part of the heat pipe, and formed as narrow tunnels.
