The system has a controller that transfers control commands called up by the user for wanted influencing of several subscribers connected to a building installation via a gateway unit on a bus system belonging to the installation. The gateway unit has a display unit and at least one actuating element, via which both a functional comparison can be performed between the mobile controller and the substations and direct switching can be actuated.
