Sound heat insulator is set on the base that is insulated by fitting in rectangular grooves on a body (1) whereby providing equal arrangement of vacuum on the surface that is insulated. Upon fitting in the body (1) through the outlets (2), sound heat insulator is fixed by means of screws onto the base for insulation. Through an outlet (3) is formed a vacuum in the inside of the body (1), and upon the vacuum formed by a cover (4) the outlet (3) is sealed for the purpose of maintenance of the vacuum inside the body (1). The cover (4) is after that set in the outlet (3) and sealed in plastic so as to obtain a solid connection with the body (1) and to keep the vacuum in the inside of the body (1). The surface of the sound-heat insulator is worked out roughly so as to provide easier adherence to the building materials that are used to carry out the final treatment (for example, mortar, bavelite ...). |
