The backrest has a fixed unit (2), and a movable unit (3) which is tilted forward through its lower part (4) for being blocked horizontal by the limitation of the course. The unit (3), in adult position, is blocked in its vertical position and its rear padding (5) is used as backrest with a normal seat base (1). A rotary footrest (8) is furnished on a side by a coating same as that of the base and on another side by a synthetic material.
