The machine has a tumbril to be fixed to a tractor, and a spreading bar disposed behind the tumbril. An endless metal swirl plate (3) having multiple turns (T) is rolled around a central tube (2) of the bar. Each turn forms a pitch (P) having blades (4) separated by uneven zones (5), where each pitch is formed by a single part. The zones are obtained by folding a part of the swirl plate.
