<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously carry out prevention of falling of a gum, acceleration of reconstruction or reproduction of a support tissue, the sterilization process of a membrane 30, and a sticking process of hydroxyapatite 50 to the membrane 30. <P>SOLUTION: For example, acidic water 60 where a pH value is ≤2.6, oxidation reduction potential is 450 mV, and chloride ion is ≤31 mg/L is injected into the inside of a container 100. In the acidic water 60, the hydroxyapatite 50 being the promotion agent of reconstruction or reproduction of an object to be reconstructed or reproduced is dissolved.
