<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterocyclic amidine compound having an antiinflammatory and an analgesic activity. <P>SOLUTION: The heterocyclic amidine compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein, G<SB>1</SB>and G<SB>2</SB>are each independently selected from a hydrogen, a halogen, a hydroxyl, a 1-4C alkoxy, a 1-4C alkyl and an amidine substituent represented by formula Q, with the proviso that only one of the two substituents G<SB>1</SB>and G<SB>2</SB>is an amidine substituent; W, Y and X are each combined to form a 9-membered or a 10-membered bicyclic heteroaromatic derivative containing up to 2 heteroatoms on the same rine; and Z is an aryl or a heteroaryl group, a straight-chain or a branched chain 1-6C alkyl or alkenyl group, a 1-4C alkyl-aryl group or a 1-4C alkyl-heteroaryl group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
