PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a laminated lumber capable of manufacturing a highly qualified laminated lumber by exactly precisely arranging members on a retaining member and laminating members without a discrepancy to bond them. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 1 of the laminated lumber 50 has a transport means 2 transporting a member 60 having an adhesive surface 60A, and a lamination means 3 of dropping the transported members 60, arranging them in multiple steps in upward and downward directions, and overlapping a plurality of the members 60. The lamination means 3 has a casing 31 and a plurality of retaining members 32 each being mounted protrudably to the casing 31 to arrange each member 60 dropping from the transport means 2 in multiple steps in the upward and downward directions and retain it. The transport means 2 and the lamination means 3 are arranged face to face. The passage for the member 60 to drop or the groove B where the retaining member 32 protruding from the casing 31 is arranged is mounted between the transport means 2 and the lamination means 3.
