PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior beautiful skin effect and simplify the treating operation itself of beautiful skin treatment by improving infiltration effect of, for example, oil soluble active ingredients into the skin. SOLUTION: This sheet set 1 for the beautiful skin is so used as to bring its one surface into contact with the skin surface of the body and transmit a light with a specified wavelength zone from the other surface side, and is provided with a beautiful skin sheet 2 impregnated with the active ingredients to be introduced into the skin and a seal bag 3 sealing the beautiful skin sheet. This constitution, even if the active ingredients to be introduced into the skin are oil soluble provitamin C, provitamin E and the like, can produce cracks or the like between cells by the irradiating action of the light on the skin surface to exhibit a promising high infiltration effect into the skin inside. This sheet set 1 for the beautiful skin can exhibit the effect by just bringing the beautiful skin sheet 2 to contact with the skin surface, dispense with a process of coating the active ingredients on the skin surface and simplify the beautiful skin treatment itself.
