PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine that prevents the fraudulent act of intentionally causing a winning ball. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine has a window frame 6 covering the front of a game board 5 arranged in an inner frame 2 and a window opening 17 onto which the game portion 5a of the game board 5 fronts and a multilayer transparent plate 16 removably mounted on the rear side of the window frame 6 and blocking the window opening 17 by a transparent plate 33. An annular channel portion 37 and an annular ridge 30 fitted into the channel portion 37 are provided respectively in the rear side of the window frame 6 and the front of a holding frame 32 to surround the outside periphery of the window opening 17, and the channel portion 37 and the ridge 30 prevent a fraudulent tool F such as a cell plate from being inserted from a clearance between the rear side of the window frame 6 and the front of the multilayered transparent plate 16.
