<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or prevent noises at the time of slide-moving a window glass. <P>SOLUTION: This glass run channel mounted to a window frame is constituted in a manner that a plurality of projection bars 30, 31 are formed on the surfaces of seal lips 24, 25 on a vehicle inside and a vehicle outside in almost parallel to each other along longitudinal directions of the seal lips 24, 25. Main projection bars 30, 31 are formed in a manner that their cross sectional shapes become an approximately inconstant triangle with bottom sides of the seal lips 24, 25 as long sides, and an inclination angle α of the long sides relative to normals of the surfaces of the seal lip bodies 26, 27 is set within a range from more than 40° to not more than 80°, and an inclination angle β of short sides is set within a range from not less than 5° to not more than 40° (preferably from not less than 15° to not more than 40°). Thereby, an abrasion force acting on the projection bars 30, 31 of the seal lips 24, 25 at the time of moving the window glass are made smaller than a conventional force, so as to suitably maintain slidability between the window glass 14 and the seal lips 24, 25, and reduce or prevent noises at the time of moving the window glass for a long time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
