METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PATH OF INTERMITTENTLY OPERATING MULTIHOP WIRELESS NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a path control method of an intermittently operating multihop wireless network capable of continuously maintaining a path, even if the network is operated intermittently.

SOLUTION: The intermittently operating multihop wireless network is composed of a group of radio nodes for collecting data. Each wireless node has a function for transferring data transmitted from other wireless nodes to a target node. Each node is synchronized for repeating activation/completion. In the intermittently operating multihop wireless network, the path to a communicating target node is constructed; a plurality of constructed paths to the target node are held continuously, even in the intermittent operation; the presence of one of the plurality of paths held in the activation is confirmed; and the presence of another path is confirmed, when the presence of the path cannot be confirmed and confirmation is continuously performed until the presence can be confirmed (steps 209-2128).
