PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight sluice gate which effectively utilizes resources, and which can be simply, inexpensively and easily constituted. SOLUTION: This sluice gate is equipped with an outer plate 1 which is constituted by combining a plurality of outer plate members 10 together, a frame body 2 for holding the periphery of the outer plate 1, a sealing rubber 3 which is attached to one surface of the frame 2, a bracket 4 which is connected to an opening/closing drive unit (not shown in Fig.), and a guide shoe 5 which is provided in the lateral side of the frame body 2. In the outer plate 1, the plurality of outer plate members 10 composed of a recycled molding using waste plastics are combined together and integrated together by a spline joint.
