PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoregulator capable of regulating the temperature in a short time. SOLUTION: The thermoregulator of an air-conditioner has a temperature regulation knob 31 to set the temperature in a cabin, and regulates the temperature of air supplied from an air outlet formed in the cabin such that the temperature in the cabin becomes the temperature set by the temperature regulation knob 31. The thermoregulator comprises a Peltier element 40 to heat/cool the temperature regulation knob 31, and a temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the temperature regulation knob 31, and controls the conduction of the Peltier element 40 based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and changes the temperature of the temperature regulation knob 31 according to the temperature set by the temperature regulation knob 31.
