SHEET DIVERTER

Apparatus comprising a sheet diverted assembly (2, 3, 4) which is movable between first and second positions so as to divert sheets along corresponding first and second paths. At least one end stop (16) constrains the movement of the sheet diverter assembly within a predefined path, the ends of which correspond to the first and second positions. An actuator (14) is adapted to move the sheet diverter assembly, wherein the actuator is coupled to the sheet diverter assembly using a resilient coupling (19) that acts to prevent the sheet diverter assembly from rebounding when moved against the at least one end stop (16).
