PURPOSE: An anti-obese composition of mixed vegetable powder, vegetable soup powder and vegetable sauce is provided, which bio-flavonoid materials in the vegetables inhibit synthesis of lipid in the animal liver and absorption of lipid into the human body, so that the body weight can be easily reduced without side-effects, and the composition comprising vegetables can be useful for reducing the body weight. CONSTITUTION: The anti-obese mixed vegetable powder composition comprises 60 wt.% of at least one herb selected from persimmon leaf powder, Fagopyrum esculentum Moench(buckwheat) leaf powder and Lycium chinense MILL.'s leaf powder; 6 wt.% of pumpkin powder, 6 wt.% of carrot powder, 6 wt.% of cabbage powder, 6 wt.% of broccoli powder, 8 wt.% of onion powder and 8 wt.% of garlic powder. |
