A springy clutch has installed coaxially on the driving and the driven shaft half-clutches with hubs and flanges, those have bosses; at that the bosses of the flange of one of the half-clutches are arranged with same width, are placed between the bosses of the other flange arranged as rays becoming broader to the outer circuit. Between the bosses of the flanges of different half-clutches channels are formed, there springy elements are placed, as rectangular or V-like plates. Besides that, one of the half-clutches is made split, there the flange is mechanically connected to the hub and has a restrictor of the axial displacement. The restrictor of axial displacement comprises of a spring and a support element arranged as a ring or a nut. The spring is placed on the hub of a split half-clutch between the flange and the support element.
