PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance by incorporating a lock device in a sun visor body, and to commonize components of the lock device to be adopted in either of slide type and non-slide type vehicular sun visors. SOLUTION: The whole lock device 30 being released by pressing the sun visor body 20 to a cabin ceiling section while rotating and energizing the sun visor body 20 toward a shading position by a prescribed angle is incorporated in the sun visor body 20. The lock device 30 is provided with a cam ring 50 prevented from being rotated by a horizontal shaft section 12, a spring fixing roller 80 fitted and inserted relatively rotatably, a spring member 90 fixed to the cam ring 50 at one end and fixed to the spring fixing roller 80 at the other end while having a spring force accumulation section 93 in its intermediate section, and a lock member 70 moved along the circulation passage 60 of the cam ring 50 and engaged with a lock groove 66 to lock the sun visor body 20 at a storage position.
