PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air outlet of an air-conditioner mounted on a vehicle capable of expanding the air delivery range with a very simple structure, in particular, delivering air around a waist of an occupant, and ensuring the effective air volume without causing air pressure losses. SOLUTION: The air supply range is expanded downwardly by downwardly bending a downstream side portion of a fin arranged at a lowest part out of a plurality of fins arranged in an air outlet casing, and air pressure losses are reduced by reducing the length of an upstream portion of the fin, and the effective air volume is ensured thereby.
