The method for the conservative treatment of fibrous cystic mastopathy by mesotherapy and autohemotherapy comprises the basic therapy, namely vitamins, adaptogens, sedatives, dehydration drugs, 0.25% solution of potassium iodide, antiestrogens, hepatotropic drugs, and cholagogues. Prior to the basic therapy, detoxifying therapy is performed using enterosorbent Bilosorb, 3 tablets twice a day after meals, and the probe-free tubage for 10 days. The basic therapy comprises complex antihomotoxic drugs prescribed step-by-step. The following mixture of antihomotoxic drugs is used: Ovarium compositum, Hepar compositum, Coenzyme compositum, Thyreoidea compositum, Echinacea compositum. The drugs are injected in the autogenous blood intracutaneously in the acupuncture points ??36, RP6, periumbilical and ovarian areas, 10 injections in total. Phytocompositions are prescribed on an individual basis changing the herbal compositions every month. The overall duration of the treatment is up to 3 months.
