<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an income difference measure usable for an analysis of enterprise conduct or order in an organization. <P>SOLUTION: This application overcomes a drawback of GiniIndex by dividing it by an income difference measure value possessed by a completely unequal society equivalent to a case by a formula using individual data of a detailed ascending arrangement.
