PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot system by which a cooperative master and a cooperative slave are simultaneously operated when a plurality of robots are driven by one robot controller. SOLUTION: The robot system comprises: a plurality of the robots (Ra, Rb); and a plurality of the robot controllers (100, 200) for controlling the robots (Ra, Rb) on the basis of the program stored in storage parts (103, 203), and the robot controllers (100. 200) are connected via a communication path 1. The robot controllers (100, 200) are provided with: communication setting parts (102, 202) for setting one robot controller of the robot controllers as a communication master controller and the robot controllers other than the communication master controller as the communication slave controllers; and cooperative robot group selecting parts (104, 204) which select the robots for executing the cooperative operation from among the robots and set one robot in the robots selected so as to do the cooperative operation as the cooperative master.
